Citrus Pear Vinaigrette

1 1/2 Ripe Pears
Juice from 1 Small Orange (such as a tangelo)
4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (I recommend Braggs)
4-5 Fresh Sage Leaves
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

In your blender, mix all ingredient together until creamy.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
