A wonderful and healthy variation of a traditional pesto. Can make a great spread, dip or pasta sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Blanch the kale and basil leaves.
  2. In a food processor, combine kale, basil, and salt. Pulse until the kale leaves are finely chopped.
  3. Lightly pour in the olive oil and continue to pulse. Scrape down the sides and add your white wine. Add the hazelnuts and the cheese and pulse to combine until smooth. You may add more olive oil if you want a creamier pesto.
