Feta Dip with Fresh Dill


  • 1 cup Feta
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3 garlic scapes (garlic flowers) finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

Blend Feta, ricotta, lemon juice. Add rest of ingredients and pulse lightly in a food processor until mixed well.
