Sautéed Squash with Cinnamon Basil and Garlic

Drizzle olive oil into a skillet and warm over medium heat. Mince 2-4 cloves garlic (to your preference) and toss into the pan. Slice 2-3 medium squash thinly and toss into the pan. At this point, you may cover it briefly to allow it to steam lightly, but only for a couple minutes, so the squash doesn't get mushy.
Chop up a handful of cinnamon basil leaves and add. Cook until squash is tender and done to your preference. Salt and pepper to taste.
